as any well off, educated black person can tell you. The first question asked of a man stopped for a DWB in a nice car in most parts of the country is "Where'd you get this car, boy?" It doesn't matter if he's wearing a hand tailored Italian suit, has an attache case on the passenger seat, and government tags. He's black so it can't possibly be his car so he must have stolen it, the justification for the DWB.

Bigots see the only the black/brown and relegate it to the underclass, usually the criminal underclass.

But money? No. That doesn't make a damned bit of difference.
