The first time I got my 50,000 words and it was quite satisfying. I don't think that work will ever be able to be publishable, but the sense of accomplishment for making the word count, and finishing an entire novel, however bad it is, was very gratifying.

I tried it a second time and lost steam.

These days I'm trying to whip various other things into shape, so I doubt I'll do it this year, but one never knows.
