of seeing three whooping cranes take flight twenty feet from me.. It was a once in a lifetime sighting and for most not ever seeing one in the wild. What a sight.

To think there are such mean spirits out there that would kill two of them.. It's truly heartbreaking.. For the cranes and the diminishing humanity in the world.
