13. And really, the NFL scout has to decide between only 3 possibilities

1) This guy is a big time con artist

2) The guy is psychotic

3) This is the stupidest guy who ever went to Notre Dame

None of those are really great for that draft score. But ultimately, if they thought he would be the next Junior Seau, they would pick him. Maybe that's not the best example.

Last week several mock drafts had him going as high as #8 to the Bills. The drafts you see coming out in the last couple of days have him much lower. I'm thinking he'll be at the bottom of the first round or early second round. He won't slip any further than that. Somebody will take a chance on him. It isn't like he held up a liquor store or something. And really, he might have slipped almost that far after the game against Alabama.
