8. A lot of rich people make poor decisions when choosing leadership people.

Those rich people became rich by either inheritance, or by suppressing all lower level people, while cutting corners and getting away with (prime example, Trump).

They are lousy at picking people that must lead in areas where the rich people have little to no experience. The Ford family in Detroit is another example, they are generally as inept as the Jacksonville ownership family (the father and I believe, a son).
