Captain America's power levels seem to fluctuate wildly depending on plot needs. He can stand up (even if briefly) to Thanos who kicked the living snot out of Hulk but gets hurt rather easily in the first Avengers showdown in NYC (he's bleeding pretty badly by the end of it).

And Hawkeye has what, 1000 arrows in his quiver??
