There is some past trauma that I belive I have been fighting to let go of for a couple of years, not fighting myself but fighting a part of my life that has kept me mired in it. What you wrote helped me to see that, I just thought I was onery in not wanting to live my life there as others expect me to do.

I have had some subtle but literal dimensional shift experiences in my life, so that makes sense to me. I download stuff frequently as well, that feeling of having it coming in is like "whoosh" then you "know", it's just there! For me it tends to be accompanied by a tad bit of a roller coaster in my tummy feeling too, LOL.
