In addition to a personal opening of sorts on Friday (recognizing and accepting the love of others in a way I never had before), I witnessed something very interesting at Wishadoo.
It felt like a huge wave of love as well.
Some of you may have followed the graphic images created for seven days as a Countdown to a New World. Here's the album with the images: http://www.wishadoo.org/photo/album/182/creating-a-new-world/
Wishadoo, the website, doesn't get many people joining, not more than a few a day. Same with the Facebook page. And, just because people *like* something shared at Facebook, it doesn't mean they join the page, and it definitely hasn't translated into them joining the website itself.
Within an hour of posting the last graphic on Thursday, I noticed many, many people were sharing the photo and *liking* Wishadoo's FB page. I didn't understand what was happening...lol. It kept building in momentum through Friday, with people literally from all over the world -- including Iran! -- joining and sharing and liking.
What was MOST amazing is that they were also taking the extra step of joining the website!
I was stunned. It felt symbolic of something very, very good.
If more of you are feeling things have shifted, maybe some will see Wishadoo in a new light. And, even if you're not sure how to use the site given the existing tools and features, maybe you've thought, "If only there were a website which.....if only there were a way to do this or that."
There's a good chance Wishadoo could be used for any number of purposes, to help manifest not only positives for The Common Good but also individual dreams.
There are MANY tools there just waiting in the wings to be implemented and put to use. At its heart, Wishadoo is a social network, where those of like mind and like heart can come together in different ways. It just also happens to have various tools to put our values into action.
Thought I'd reiterate that here, in case others may look upon what I've been doing with a new perspective now. Maybe some are more hopeful and feel safer investing in hope.
