Perhaps the best thing for you to do then is to slow down and stop trying to go OBE. Read books on it, and just become informed first. If you continue to have the beginnings of OBEs, just let them happen and try to calm yourself as it happens. Like I said, the fear eventually goes away, but it takes time. No need to rush it
