I don't believe there is any reason to believe that we experience a lifetime in each sign or in any particular order.
It "appears" to be in circular order, yes.

"Why not?" Your guess is as good as mine.
Mainly because we are not our Sun sign.
I guarantee almost no one can even explain what a "Sun sign" is.

For example, I'm in a Capricorn Sun sign incarnation but am acquiring great Aquarian and Piscean lessons.

Try that question everyone, "What does your Sun sign mean?" "How did you get your "Sun sign?"
