I *asked* for more light--and this week---I have been deluged with books, events, stumbling across seers, insight that is so right-on (and Kathleen's art and your poem today!!!!!!!!!!!!!)--and I just wish I could clone myself so I can make enough room for this GIGANTIC download!! 
This information about deprogramming--to me is not only mental but I am getting that LIGHT itself, being conscious, HAS the information needed to feed our cells and help them reweave themselves in accordance with the environmental changes. (I hope my writing is clear) Much of my focus is transforming my cells--and ALLOWING it in, staying vigilant about what stories I tell myself and how often my conditioning comes up. I actually had to move from the East Coast to help me shift, for me it was hard to do there.
I am soooo grateful for everyone here--some days I think I don't want to return to DU--it can be pretty brutal, but ASAH keeps me coming back!!!
