but even though I'm not Rick, I'll put it here instead.

A pattern in life I've noticed is when something gets all effed up, sometimes the situation returns and provides an opportunity for "do-overs." I think this is that "do-over."

The GOP may (ok, will) try their dirty tricks again. This time, the Dems will (ok, may) be ready for the fight. It certainly appears that way, with Obama already taking the fight to them, and applying their own "strengths" against them, defining them early on, forcing them to paint themselves into a corner, and putting them on the defensive right from the get go.

Obama made plenty of mistakes in his 1st 4 years, but I believe he learned from those mistakes. And that he's pissed off. The banksters know this, for example; he bailed them out and gave them the opportunity to 'do the right thing.' Instead they continued on their merry way, and kicked a little sand in his face en route. So now they're in a panic and throwing (our ) money to Rmoney by the tankerload.

Except they face a real dilemma: The only tool they have against Obama is more advertising, more money, more of everything. But the more everybody sees of Rmoney, the less they like him.

IOW, this is a situation where more really is less
