Worship in the morning, of course. Then my cousin and her family came down from the 'burbs, and we went hiking followed by buffet dinner at Starved Rock Lodge. Took my dog along hiking, then let her sleep in the car while we ate. The vet says it's probably her last Christmas, but you wouldn't know it by her activity level. I'm on vacation this week, but home, giving her lots of attention.

How was your Christmas?
