Donald Trump and now the pro-Hamas activists on campus made me realize that I would've been one of the German Jews in the 1920s who didn't take the threat of Hitler seriously.

I don't know what would be a safe haven for me. And that includes Israel given the makeup of the current government. They want to turn the country into the Jewish version of Iran.
