41. The presentation I just gave dealt with consciousness and NDE

It definitely is a complex subject. I think the most profound experience I've been discovering is that we all belong to one consciousness, but as individuals we have our individual consciousness. So, knowing that we are all of one mind, has afforded the opportunity to connect to this consciousness whenever I feel the need.

I too, have used various methods to experience my own consciousness. I have had some wonderful mystical experiences because of my dedication to wanting to know myself.
