In reply to the discussion: Checking in: Hillary or Bernie for the Democratic Nomination? [View all]Kittycat
(10,493 posts)31. What about us 40 something women that don't support her
I'm really tired of the bully brush HRC supporters use to brush away the vast number of people at DU that support Bernie. I've been a member here for 12 years. Why don't you go click on everyone that selected Bernie and see how long they've been members. I noticed the other day that a good number of us have actually been here since 08 or prior. There was a post the other day asking who we supported in 08. All but a few were Obama supporters then as well. No surprise, we just don't subscribe to ThirdWay/DLC politics.

She has millions more votes and delegates than Bernie, I guess that might be the first clue.

Yes. It reminds me that we're out of tin foil. I knew I forgot something on my shopping list.

The site is about 85% Bernie. If people post normally, the site posts would be about 85% Bernie

What it shows is this site has a lot of vocal members who don't seem to get politics. nt
