2016 Postmortem
In reply to the discussion: Flat out: Was California stolen? [View all]Reiyuki
(96 posts)1. Most likely no, but it's always good to keep an eye out
I'd look for discrepancies in counties using different brands of touch-screen or diebold machines and compare to the hand-count totals.
If the ES+S or Diebold machines statewide had a big swing vs other brands and hand-counts, it'd be a big red flag, especially if it's in the same precinct.
An exit poll discrepancy is a flag as well, but can still be explained that people simply did not want to say who they voted for.
I assume it was relatively clean though, because other posters would have already mentioned finding these kind of discrepancies in their research.

Twenty eight teams have been down 3-1 in the NBA Finals and all twenty eight teams went on to lose.

Considering all of the "CA was stolen!!!" threads on DU, I'm a little surprised at the results.

Well we could just compare it to the exit polls. That's a time proven safety method.

California has a LOT of mail-in ballots. Kinda hard to do accurate exit polls with those.
