Judge Srinivasan will most likely be the 1st.
Srikanth Srinivasan who was just confirmed with a 97-0 vote to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia
(after a major threat by Harry Reid if he wasn't confirmed, and with Senator Lautenberg coming on what was his sick bed in his final days to be there)
The common feeling is, two democratic choices will be the first to retire, while President Obama is in office.

And then the next few justices to retire would all be republican and those would be the big ones to change the entire nation.

(I have already said I am hoping the next democratic president name President Obama for one of those seats, especially to finally
have a great replacement for Justice Marshall.)

There are great choices above. Deval Patrick (should he not be picked for VP), is a great choice.
