or defending myself from the personal attacks from two people there? Or just being told to just sit down and shut up like you are doing right now and going NOPE, it is ugly?

By the way dear, since you are in California, you do know what criminal code 182.5 is? Of course, it is much uglier to be told by a minority to shut up, since I am one. That is what was ugly,

Fortunately I do not take the hurtful words of a few AA (and mostly their white allies) to be all of it. What I originally posted in that group was indeed horrible, such as reports from the streets on the BLM marches, including the march though Horton Plaza last November, the marches though city heights, and of course what has happened with the CRB. You know what a CRB is and why you need a good one right? Maybe not.

What I have found is that some folks here are willing to shut up OTHER MINORITIES and do not pay attention to things like historic marches from the NAACP, or the fact that there was a settlement in Baltimore with the Freddie Gray Family, or the fact that the cops did not have their venues changed.

It was quite obvious where the priorities are. Suffice to say, they are far from the priorities in my local streets or for that matter the larger BLM movement.

But you keep telling a minority to shut up for your political goals. It makes you look grand.

And please do tell me how my experience of profiling due to that status as a LATINA and IMMIGRANT is just coopting talking points. It makes you look more and more well, racist.

By the way, many of us just decided to stop posting any of these issues HERE... we keep the conversation elsewhere. and it has been quite revealing.
