and are encouraged to move to another country, or lose their citizenship. Jail wont help the country, just their lawyers. I'm positive the Clintons are on that list using false names, as are the Bushes. Probably everyone who voted for the Panama legislation is stashing money there. Tax evasion has to be proved tho. Most evaders put accounts in the name of their children or aliases.
