How about OWS who has so many incredibly intelligent members, both here and in Europe does some research to find out who is keeping their money out of their respective countries in order to avoid contributing to the welfare of their countries, and then match the list with each country imposing their draconian Austerity policies on ordinary working people.

After compiling that list, and it looks like Greeks have started the ball rolling, someone should do that math. How much revenue is being lost by these greedy people and how does that lost revenue compare to the loans being forced on countries by the IMF and World Bank?

And then how about sending them the bill for some of those loans?

Chavez was able to pay off Venezuela's loans to the IMF and that, rather than make him popular with the West, is one of the main reasons why they hate him. Because they cannot take advantage of the Ven. people anymore, as they are doing in Europe.
