Does anybody know what happened to Photobucket? I can't share any pictures now [View all]

The graphic is a funky gray speedometer-like thing that tells me to "update my account to enable third party hosting". Well, I updated my account & still no luck. Are they making us pay the $9.99/mo. upgrade now?

I've never been able to get Flikr to work, so this is very frustrating. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
