The paper I load is white. When I print something out it comes out on yellow sheets (the back is white). I guess it has something to do with my color cartridge...but this is just strange...

Interesting. It shows bands of color but this is the entire page, not a band or two

My computer guy could prolly help us out. Hubby usually changes the cartridge but

Just fyi. My computer guy said to try unplugging the printer and shutting down

oops, it happened again when I printed out a page with some artwork on it in color.
