Can items be removed from the internet? [View all]

During talks about the UAW Rush Limbaugh was talking about lucrative auto workers pensions. He said “I just can’t see people getting paid for not working”. Probably a year or so later I wanted to get that quote. It was gone and no way could I phrase the query would bring it up. I was thinking that what he said could apply to people collecting interest and he wanted it removed.

Warren Buffet said in referring to the working class and the economy:”you have to put money in the hands of people who will spend it.” Seeing how that could reflect badly on the rich and their foundations and trusts he probably wanted that removed.

Is their a way to expunge unwanted quotes or is it just an anomaly that some disappear?
