It prevents them from showing you ads on the page.

You need the URL that contains .jpg and starts with "https://scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/"
In your case (without the added spaces) --
https:// scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/ v/ t39.30808-6/268611508_10166007460980235_7715056107709961194_n.jpg?_nc_cat=110&ccb=1-5&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_ohc=TnDjj-MltI0AX84DsZ7&_nc_ht=scontent-sea1-1.xx&oh=00_AT9_GxImdMvOSGO5UvtpAq_tuc_wuC0XANs_-sL5rVCB2g&oe=61C5C2E4

It needs to be noted that the Facebook URLs do expire after a while.
