If I were you, I'd ...

- try multiple devices (laptop, phone).

- try multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, FireFox).

- try multiple WiFi locations (home, work, library)

That should give us some clues about where the problem lives (and doesn't live).

From your descriptions, it does seem to be specific to DU (and not a browser/network issue), but
it might be nice to make sure with the above steps.

Another thing to try:

- Login to DU with a "Private" browser window
- resetting your browser (deleting cookies, site-specific data, et al)

That last step (resetting your browser) will require you to login again to all your web sites. So I try not to do it toooo often.
