3. I can tell you what's happening, but I'm not entirely sure why

When you visit a DU page, your browser loads a few separate files. The HTML file contains the page data and structure, and there are also CSS files which tell the browser how to display the page (fonts, colors, spacing, etc. etc. etc.)

It looks to me as if the HTML file is loading, but the CSS files -- which do most of the work when it comes to laying out the page -- are not. So you're seeing the page data and rough structure, but if the CSS files don't load, then the browser doesn't have any further instructions on how to display the page and just resorts to its default settings.

Unfortunately I'm not sure why this is happening to you. Since you just did an OS update, my first suggestion would be to try clearing out your browsing data to see if that makes a difference. Here are some instructions on how to do that:

Try logging out of DU, clearing your cache, and then logging in again. Let me know if that helps (or not).
