How do I shut off notifications from subscriptions in DU4? [View all]

Am I going to have to unsubscribe? I really preferred having separate notifications on the page for subscriptions, mail, and replies to my posts. Even with the forum I host, I check it often and don't need to look at every new OP instantly.

I thought when I first read that we could subscribe to DUers as well as forums that it would be a nice feature...but NOT when it can mean the My Stuff button being lit up constantly and having to click that button to find out which of the different types of notifications it might be.

Any way you can turn those notifications back to what they used to be?

And having the DU mail notification as a banner across the page was especially helpful, I thought. Especially if it's about a mistake in a post that was just made that can be cleaned up immediately, before there are multiple replies on the board from people who noticed the same problem.
