And I function from a debit card to my credit union acct, never use that for online anything. So I go to the store and buy a gift credit card for a given amount and that was what I made my online purchases with but now there's some issue with them so I'm sitting here with a pricey piece of plastic that I can't seem to use where I intended.

When you try to pay for a DU membership and only want to make a one time no signing up to paypal, you still have to go through paypal, they are who is declining the payments. Not the first time this issue has come up in the past few months.
