I need to talk to Skinner - I paid by email for monthly memebership fee. I was taken for 7500 by a person/people who [View all]

wrote onlline check. I had pledged a monthly payment but all accounts are closed for two months, I don't want to give out any more information. How do I reach Skinner? All of my previous aaccounts are closed and locked but they made 3 attempts yesterday to get in.
