Went to one the weekend after the election in fact. As a fat white guy all I have to do is throw on a camo jacket and a hat and I blend right in.

What I found in overhearing the conversations was fascinating and depressing all at the same time.

Like a group of high school heathers, one group of gunners was talking about how they all needed to stop associating with so-and-so who (gasp) ADMITTED voting for Obama twice.

There is no daylight between the GOP and gun owners right now. Whatever we do, it isn't going to be from winning over gunners with an economic message.
