I didn't really care for it the first time I saw it, but I kept thinking about it, and I watched it again and really liked it. I have watched it a bunch of times now and it's one my favorite movies.
It's about a samurai who is ordered to kill everyone. He is crucified for his crimes, and starts to travel forwards and backwards through time against his will, but he keeps trying to kill everyone.
It is extremely violent. Here is a trailer.
