I'm in Spain so we kind of can legally as long as it's not much. Plus seeds are legal to order so can get some good strains.
It's not legal to buy here though and there are no dispensaries(cannabis clubs aside which are clicky, intimidating and hard for foreigners to join) so growing is the best option when you have no contacts.

My only real problem is not growing enough to last a year, lol. And planting out too early with the first sign of spring but that is me just being impatient. It's good to take a break though and actually quite easy on the cravings.
CBD bud is available online as well but that is just smoking for the sake of smoking and not really worth it. Still I may order some.
