I read somewhere a Va rep stated that parts would be law by this summer but can not find any actual stated policy."Northam is expected to sign the final bill into law, potentially allowing marijuana sales to begin on a retail and wholesale level by 2024." Part of the hold-up is whether to have ABC sell it, or create a separate control and retail bureaucracy.
