I was confused because the date on the video is February. But I had got the article off Google News and it was dated yesterday. And everything else I could find on "ESRI 2015" had the conference happening this week.

Either way I'm really glad I found it. I am in IT for a commercial company, but very interested in public sector IT and especially GIS and business intelligence. So I was pretty much salivating over this when I found it. (I'm such a geek. LOL.)
