Put bluntly, I do not expect him to. He will seek concessions, operating on the 'what's mine is mine, what's yours is negotiable' principle, claiming he needs scalps to placate his mass movement. He will do this from a position of material weakness so obvious that those who give him concessions must come to appear weak themselves, which is fatal in a polity of our stamp. Into the bargain, the things he will want will not be actual achievable policies, but things like platform planks and internal party structural changes, that are not of any real significance, important as they have always seemed to fringe left cults of the old SWP sort.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
