19. Why Does It Have to Be Medicare For All? Medicaid Is a Better Program to Provide The Coverage

Medicaid has $0 dollar cost share for patients unlike Medicare. Also, the Medicare program's provider network is not suitable for children a fact that is rarely talked about with the M4All proponents. Additionally Medicaid has better pricing for services. I'm surprised no one is suggesting an income cap for those getting the cash payment. If we capped it to folks making less than $100K or $?? we could afford to give those at the lower income levels more than a $1000 or to extend it beyond a one time payment.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
