And it's NOT about a Supreme Justice stepping down AT ALL!!

In truth, this headline should have said, "Pros and Cons to Justice Sotomayor stepping down at this juncture"'.
There is no breaking news, just a presentation of the current pros and cons.

I'm sick of these click-bait headlines.

If they continue, I'm out of here.
