1. Socrates said why Democracies always fail? So how many examples of Democracy failing did he cite?

I just found the title misleading. I don't think Socrates said "why democracies always fail" .

But the problem seems to be unthinking uncaring people.

One could just as easily say that autocracies fail as well.
