6. Don't trust them on any concessions, and McHenry is Karl Rove lite.

Jeffries has gained the most votes for Speaker in US history. If any concessions are made, it should be on their side. Helping them now will only get us a worse speaker than Kevin McCarthy was for America. Everyone they have put up so far would happily shut down the government if they don't get what they want, and would refuse to hear anything the Democrats might propose. Well, maybe Boehner wouldn't shut down the government, but he'd be the only one.
I haven't seen any actual reasonable leader types from the GOP house members since around 1996 after Newt pretty much drove any GOP moderates out.

We need to take the high road and let those delusional hypocrites implode on themselves.
