Anything in the header. The article you cited pretty much reports the whole story as a rumor (the Israeli official is said to be in talks).. the “said” to be in talks is apparently missing from the OP. No one in Uganda or anywhere else in the world appears to be taking part in the rumored talks. The denials of the accuracy of this rumor were already issued by the Israeli government.

Just as I expected.

Did you notice the kneejerk panicked responses to this red herring of an OP?
