So the Israeli official quoted by your source said nothing that resembles anything in the header. The article you cited pretty much reports the whole story as a rumor (the Israeli official is said to be in talks).. The “said” to be in talks is apparently missing from the OP. No one in Congo or anywhere else in the world appears to be taking part in the rumored talks.

And, as your sources state, the US State Department and two Israeli ministers condemn the “ voluntary emigration” statement of the two other Israeli ministers.

No talks. No deportations. No Congo. No other countries.

And you remain oblivious to the kneejerk panicked responses throughout this thread to the rumors and speculations posted in the OP as if Israel just committed a war crime.
