This is a great September jobs report.
The "soft landing" is still on track
1) 254,000 jobs added --> huge beat of forecasts
2) Unemployment rate down to 4.1%
3) Big jump in employment in both the household and establishment surveys.
4) Job gains across many sectors (the "diffusion index" rose a lot)
5) Strong wage gains +4% that are way above inflation
