IF I am not mistaken, the Army could appeal if they chose to, but otherwise the information will have to be released.

The article concludes with the following:

Army officials did not provide an immediate timeline of how the information may be released to the public.

Please note that this does not mention any plans to appeal, which leads me to suspect that they aren't going to do so.

The group who sued made a point of how important it is for this info to be made public before the election, and I am sure they would forcefully contest any delay.

If anyone who is an actual lawyer is reading this, please feel free to correct as needed.
