One the funeral home wildly overcharged. Second not exclusive possibility is they threw a large funeral event. They may have expended more thinking that "billionaire" would pay them back. I feel bad for them and am angry but you have to be stupid or support him to not realize his word is totally worthless. He routinely breaks written contracts I'd be surprised he honored his word very often if ever.

My Aunt's funeral was the last one I had to deal with and that was 17 years ago. I don't remember the final cost
