Have lived among ranchers and farmers and know so many who never had insurance then lost everything their families built for years or generations on one major medical disaster.

Yes, it IS a big fucking deal to be able to get coverage. Sadly, the ranchers/farmers I knew were mostly blind supporters of GOP candidates who never gave them any help at all.
