And everyone pretty much knows his MO by now, anyway.

And, ultimately, it doesn't matter. He can say whatever he wants. It won't change the results.

A Harris victory will probably not be evident that early because some GOP-controlled states changed when ballots can be counted, a move intended to drag out the process and potentially create confusion. One of those is PA, which is probably the tipping point state.

That being said, if the margins are big enough, it may not necessarily be official early, but obvious, as you noted. That would make it difficult for Trump to say much of anything.
