MAGA is not "conservative" by any stretch. Classic conservative economic theory includes elements of caution, risk assessment, cost-benefit, and historical reference. Harris is, above all a pragmatist, and as such would take a much broader view on economic priorities, to include bipartisanship and compromise in order to enact legislative goals. Trump/MAGA is a wrecking ball, and it's a good thing that conservative economists see it for what it is.
