NOT too surprising, as I'm sure there were activities at the local school plus a kids' parade a few blocks over, plus they will be closing off this block tomorrow later afternoon and evening for treats and a movie for the kids, and in essence a potluck.

Some commuters may be surprised that they won't be able to use this block to dodge around the light further along the top of the hill...
