If it is, in fact, "not going anywhere" it's because it's a quote originating in another country and culture
with the intent of somehow
"memorializing" a dead woman, and those would be the ONLY reasons.
Used in another context, it would be gone faster than you can say "Misogyny is the last acceptable bigotry of the Left".
